We have an extremely busy pipeline of professional clients that need accommodation. This allows us to guarantee no void periods making the process very hands off from the get go.

Weekly Cleaning

We have a team of professional cleaners that will provide a great service every week. It keeps maintenance costs to a minimum for us and keeps your asset in the best shape possible.

Zero Maintenance

Throughout our agreement you won't be getting a call about a leaky tap or a flickering light fitting. We'll manage and pay for anything needed to keep your property in tip top shape.

Light Uplift

We provide a light refurbishment on all our properties to ensure they are exceeding our clients expectations.

FAQ's

Who stays in the property?

We co-operate with national companies, airports, and hospitals to accommodate their professional staff, cabin crews, and physicians who require accommodations when working in the region.

They cannot commit to extended AST’s because they may only be in the region for a short time (a few days up to 6 months). That’s where we come in, providing them with short-term housing while still meeting our commitments to you, our landlord, letting agent or client.

We fill gaps by renting the home to carefully-vetted guests who require accommodation while visiting the region for pleasure purposes, as well as to families who require housing due to construction on their primary residence (often insurance companies are funding the stays).

What assurances do you have that the property will be looked after?

Like any tenant things can get damaged, however unlike a regular tenant, we repair & maintain the property whenever an issue occurs. Our guests have to provide ID, sign terms and conditions.
If something is damaged, we charge it straight to the guest and notify their employer (our guests do not want to upset their employer). If the worst happens, we are fully protected with legal indemnity, contents, and public liability insurance.

We have visitors rather than tenants, thus they do not have the right to occupy. If there is an issue, we can remove them at any point. Overall, the property will remain in hotel standard condition or we won’t be able to continue as a business, so you can be confident that the property will be well-maintained – this is what makes us the ideal renters because your demands and ours are matched!
